H. neanderthalensis, H. sapiens, and the peopling of the world
Starting over 1 million years ago, many species of Homo moved out of Africa and into Eurasia. Many gave rise to new species, such as H. neanderthalensis, which most likely originated in Europe. The only one of all these species that survived is Homo sapiens and they spread across the globe within the last 50,000 years. Stworzone przez: American Museum of Natural History.
